Usage

LG4M(alpha: Double) → DiscreteDist<CTMC<AA>>

Arguments

A default beginning with ~ specifies a prior distribution.

alpha:: The shape parameter for the Gamma distribution; Default: ~LogLaplace(6,2)

Description

Empirically derived collection of 4 rate matrices, designed for gamma-distributed ASRV.
