`Yule` — The uniform_topology distribution on trees

Usage

Yule(taxa: List<Text>, lambda: Double) → Distribution<Tree<Times>>

Arguments

A default beginning with ~ specifies a prior distribution.

taxa:: The taxa for the tree
lambda:: The distribution for branch lengths; Default: ~LogCauchy(0,1)
