DirichletProcessOn — The keyed Dirichlet process
distribution
Usage
DirichletProcessOn(keys: Set<a>, alpha: Double, dist: Distribution<b>) → Distribution<Map<a,b>>
Arguments
-
keys: -
The keys identifying the samples
-
alpha: -
The concentration parameter controlling how often new values are drawn
-
dist: -
The base distribution on shared values
Description
Draw one exchangeable Dirichlet process value for each supplied key.
Entries assigned to the same cluster share one value drawn from
dist.
Examples
~DirichletProcessOn({3,1,4}, 1, Normal(0,1))
