DirichletProcessMap — The integer-map Dirichlet process
distribution
Usage
DirichletProcessMap(keys: IntSet, alpha: Double, dist: Distribution<a>) → Distribution<IntMap<a>>
Arguments
-
keys: -
The integer keys identifying the samples
-
alpha: -
The concentration parameter controlling how often new values are drawn
-
dist: -
The base distribution on shared values
Description
Draw one exchangeable Dirichlet process value for each supplied
integer key. The result has exactly the supplied key set, and entries
assigned to the same cluster share one value drawn from
dist.
Examples
~DirichletProcessMap(branches(tree), 1, LogNormal(0,1))
