Current (stable) release

You can now install using a package manager on some systems:

• Mac and Linux: Homebrew users can install with brew.

  % brew update
  % brew tap brewsci/bio
  % brew install bali-phy

• Mac and Linux: Conda users can install with conda.

  % conda config --add channels conda-forge
  % conda config --add channels bioconda
  % conda install bali-phy

  Mac users will need OS X 10.13 or higher.

• Linux: Debian and Ubuntu users can install with apt-get.

  % sudo apt-get install bali-phy
  % bali-phy --version
